Personal and spiritual development
In this way you can enter a process for personal development; you will (re)discover yourself through feeling, healing energy and relatively little talking.
Your personal development process always continues and there is a lot to discover. I can support you with this.
You will come into contact (more) with your intuition, feelings, needs, qualities and limits, in short with your own nature. Often patterns and tensions are unconscious and affect what you express or not express, and how you feel.
You can rediscover inner freedom and peace. Step by step you can let go of tensions and let blocked energy flow again. This deepens the contact with yourself.
You can choose a regularity. It can vary from weekly in case of acute need to, for example, monthly or bi-monthly. Or even irregularly occasionally. In consultation we look at what works well for you and adjust it if necessary.
Feel, experience and discover yourself
Most people experience the energy of the healing. That in itself can be an enriching experience. Healing energy never judges and gives a sense of security. This gives you space to experience and discover yourself in a more nuanced way.
We are often so busy in our heads that feeling and experience has faded into the background or that it has not been able to develop (fully).
You can have beautiful thoughts and thinking certainly has a function.
But thoughts can think themselves black and white, become judgmental and less nuanced. Your world is getting smaller and more limited. Healing energy can bring you (again) into areas of yourself where there is no judgment. Towards a sense of unity, humor, trust, connection, care, love, curiosity, happiness, peace, and so on. All non-dual properties. 🙂
The space that this creates allows you to see situations and yourself from a different perspective.
I regularly hear people say “I know how it is or what it is like, but I don’t feel it”, “I want to feel it again!” When your feeling is touched again, it can open again and this gives vitality!

Relaxation peace and space
Healing energy can help you relax and feel calm.
For me, healing energy has become more and more tangible over the years.
I think it’s so special that this can also be done without touching!
Peace of mind creates space for insight, for viewing from a different perspective and creativity.
Relaxing regularly is important to stay healthy and in balance.
The effect of a healing can feel as if you had a relaxing massage. To me this says something about how powerful and versatile energy can work. It is not tangible, but it can be felt. In a healing energy and energy meet and this helps you to relax and ground yourself.

Needs and qualities
Getting more in touch with your body brings you to feel your emotions, needs and qualities. What do I think is important? What do I shape?
For example, when you have too much stress or are gloomy or depressed, you (often) no longer feel what you enjoy. You don’t feel your own needs. You may never have learned to listen to your needs and your feelings. Was there no room for your emotions? Healing can help you open up again to this piece. This gives life energy, direction and strength.
Feeling your own limits
When you have a deeper connection with your body, you can also feel your own limits.
You feel your limits in your body. I want this and I don’t want this.
This gives a sense of security because you occupy your own space.
If necessary, you indicate your boundaries based on your feelings.
If this does not work, it can make you anxious. You do not take up your own place and space. You have withdrawn, but because of that you cannot feel enough firmness, ground yourself.
When you feel your own limits again, this gives a sense of security.
You don’t have to be afraid anymore; you look after yourself and take up your space.
Taking your place, grounding and feeling your own boundaries is a process.
When you feel your own limits more, you feel more connected, also with the other.
Recovery from stress and burnout
When you need space to recover from too much tension, rest helps.
It is often difficult or no longer possible to relax when the tension has risen too much. The body continues to work and is in survival mode. It continues to produce adrenaline and cortisol even if you consciously try to relax.
When your body no longer feels like a place where you can rest, your mind also tends to focus on thoughts. Contact with your body disappears. Sometimes you no longer feel what is right for you and it becomes even more difficult to work on your recovery.
Healing energy can help you reconnect with your body and with peace. Rest helps you recover.
You can reconnect with your limits and your needs and qualities. We can also look at the underlying causes of the stress or burnout, and work on this with healing energy so that you can recover.
Often several sessions are required. It is a process to get back into balance physically and mentally.

Unprocessed emotions and trauma
Unprocessed emotions and trauma create tension in your body.
You can never fully relax because of this. This can cause you to get out of balance.
The unprocessed emotions block your natural flow. Healing energy, talking and feeling helps you to get back into your natural flow. A connection can be made with what is not flowing. There is time and peace and safe energy so that you can let go.
Energy such as softness, comfort, protection, grounding and strength can support you. It may also be that a higher protective frequency invites you to let go, as it were. You feel safe and enveloped.
When your energy starts flowing again where it was blocked, emotions can be released. It may be that emotions should not be there for you and that fear is released. Many of us have never learned how to deal with emotions.
Yet it often feels like a liberation when the emotions can finally flow and be there. Depression and anxiety often come from (unconsciously) suppressing feelings.
Trauma can also have originated in the generations before you. This can come to the fore in a healing and we can work on this. You will be supported and guided in the process of letting go and taking up your own space.
About the regularity of sessions
You can do a session once or when you feel it is good for you. This is of course without obligation.
If you want to work on certain themes, blockages or problems that require more attention and time, we can arrange follow-up sessions. After three healing sessions you can feel well what healing can mean for you. We can estimate how many sessions you need for what you come for.
If you come for relaxation, feel more and discover yourself or / and your personal and spiritual development, regularity works well. For example, if you come once a month, you can go into more depth in your process step by step and / or work on relaxation.
Method
Both are possible by telephone or in practice. By telephone it is good to sit or lie in a place where you feel comfortable and where it is quiet. During a session in the practice we are about two meters apart, we can keep a safe distance. In terms of operation, it does not matter what you choose.
I ask how you are doing and whether you need or want attention for something.
If you don’t know the latter, that’s okay too. You can enter it blank.
After a few minutes, energy starts to flow. Usually people feel this.
The healing session is tailored to you. I personally do not determine what happens. I especially give opportunity and guide you so that you can receive the energy that is good for you at the moment.
During the session we keep in touch and I occasionally ask how things are going and what you feel. With telephone contact you can put the phone on the speaker.
Even though we are remote it often feels close.
A session lasts 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Usually 60 or 75 minutes is enough. We agree on the time in advance or keep leeway in time during the session.
Combination healing sessions and massage
When you do several follow-up sessions with healing, it may be that massage can give a nice addition to your process. We can use this in consultation.
